Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Production Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Hunter Selection.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities in the Worcester area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of production lines and machinery to identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical problems and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any anomalies to management.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a production or maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
