About The Role

As a CCTV Operator at OCS Group, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the security systems in a fast-paced control room environment. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all electronic systems, alarm systems, access control systems, processes, and procedures meet the service levels and security needs of the business.

You will work on a 4 on 4 off rotational basis between 19:00 and 07:00, with a 42-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and other agencies as necessary
  • Coordinate and prioritize incidents from the Control Room
  • Monitor electronic security systems on site
  • Produce reports on false alarms and response times

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of control room operations
  • Knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems
  • SIA PSS license essential
  • CCTV license essential
  • Previous experience preferred
