About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer (Native Kotlin) to join our remote delivery team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for building and testing mobile products and platforms for our clients, ensuring high-quality code through an efficient and repeatable process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy high-performance Kotlin applications for mobile devices.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new products.
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
  • Integrate with server-side APIs and third-party services, performing diagnostic tests, fixing bugs, and providing technical support to clients.
  • Document software development processes and prepare project reports, providing suggestions for improvement and applying them to daily tasks and processes.
Requirements
  • Experience as an Android developer for technology companies.
  • Knowledgeable in Kotlin, libraries, frameworks, and tech stacks.
  • A detail-orientated person, especially in identifying and fixing errors.
  • A proactive and confident communicator, comfortable with pushing back and saying "No" when required.
  • An analytical person, comfortable gathering and analysing information for timely decision-making and problem-solving to create the best products.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment, with a naturally curious and driven approach.
