About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Midlands region. As a key member of our national team, you will be responsible for the service, repair, testing, and commissioning of medical equipment at hospital sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and upkeep of medical and surgical equipment, including surgical lighting, operating theatre tables, medical gas facilities, and associated control systems and electrical infrastructure.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product training to enhance technical knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background working with high-value electrical-mechanical capital equipment.
  • An electrical qualification and relevant experience in a similar field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
