Job Summary

MOBA is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Telford, UK. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment at customer sites across the UK. You will work independently, traveling to customer locations, and collaborating with our service team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment at customer sites
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Travel to customer locations, working independently and effectively
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues
  • Write detailed service reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements and Expectations
  • Electrical and mechanical background, with formal qualifications
  • Experience working in food processing, manufacturing, electrical, or mechanical environments
  • Ability to work under pressure, restoring failed systems and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full clean driving license

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £41,000.00 OTE per annum, increasing with experience
  • Extensive training program, including on-the-job training and development courses
  • 23 days holiday, increasing by one day for each 5 years completed, plus 8 statutory holidays and 3 Christmas gifted days
