Forward Role Recruitment is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Executive to join a leading street fashion retailer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering world-class marketing initiatives that elevate the brand and maximize consumer impact.

The marketing team is focused on putting the consumer at the centre of everything they do, developing campaigns, content, and activations that drive growth and engagement. As a Senior Brand Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in delivering these campaigns in a unified and consistent way, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The brand you will be working with is a leading sport brand in the market, with a strong presence in Europe and globally. You will use your brand management expertise to unlock the brand's potential and drive front-of-mind-space with consumers.

  • Support the development and success of brand campaigns across all channels
  • Co-create and manage the brand's activity calendar and schedule
  • Develop key marketing initiatives for the brand and negotiate priorities with stakeholders
  • Manage internal stakeholders to optimize budget and deliver engaging campaigns
  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing partner brand relationships from a marketing perspective

About You:

  • Relevant experience in marketing, working with consumer brands on a global or regional level
  • Knowledge of brands, brand management, and marketing tools
  • Proven skills in delivering brand growth through consumer initiatives, developing and managing brand marketing campaigns
  • Passion for sports, youth culture, and brands, with a willingness to drive visionary projects forward
