Educational Support Professional

**Job Summary:**
As a key member of our childcare centre, you will be responsible for creating fun learning experiences, ensuring safe and happy spaces, monitoring growth and development, building relationships with families, and collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive learning environment. Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality care and education to our Little Learners, enabling them to reach their full potential.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and exploration
- Ensure TLE standards are met by maintaining clean, safe, and organized classrooms
- Monitor and track progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes
- Foster strong relationships with families through regular updates and communication
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Assist in delivering engaging lessons and activities that cater to diverse learning needs
**Requirements:**
- Full and Relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
- Understanding of EYFS framework, Safeguarding, and Child Protection
