Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Development: Develop and implement new menu concepts that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional customer service.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimal kitchen stock and minimize waste.
• Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Culinary Experience: Proven experience as a senior chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Food Safety and Hygiene: Hold a valid Food Hygiene certificate and maintain a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
