Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality food that exceeds our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu concepts that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional food quality.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to maintain optimal kitchen stock and minimize waste.
• Food Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of quality in all kitchen operations.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing manner.

Requirements:

• Culinary Qualifications: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent in culinary arts.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in supervising a team and leading kitchen operations.
• Culinary Skills: Possess advanced culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
• Flexibility: Demonstrate a flexible approach to working and be willing to adapt to changing kitchen operations.
