We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Speke. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a child with complex needs, providing individualized support and assistance to ensure their day-to-day learning is successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the child with complex needs, both in class and at breaks
- Assisting the teacher in planning engaging lessons for the class, in line with school policies
- Liaising with the class teacher and parents to provide the best support for the child
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably with special educational needs children
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to the different needs of each child
