Product Safety Engineer Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the derivation and management of product safety requirements, influencing design and development decisions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

As a key member of our team, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in a collaborative environment and contribute to the success of our submarine programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Derive and manage product safety requirements through hazard analysis and risk assessment.
  • Lead the development of safety cases, justification reports, and other supporting documentation.
  • Influence design and development decisions to ensure safe and reliable products.
  • Maintain and update safety documentation, including the project hazard log.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in engineering safety management processes, such as hazard analysis and risk assessment.
  • Strong understanding of safety within systems engineering, including the establishment of good engineering requirements.
  • Ability to create clear and concise justification reports and safety case documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What We Offer:
