Job Opportunity

NHS Scotland is currently recruiting for a NHS Scotland Front Desk Support Team Member to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our front desk support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our busy reception area.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in general practice or a similar administrative role is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Reception and Patient Communication: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and manage incoming inquiries efficiently.
  2. Administrative Support: Assist with prescription administration, patient record summarizing, and dealing with medical reports.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  4. Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting solutions.

We offer a salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
