Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to join our team at Aspens Services Ltd, a leading contract catering company specializing in school food.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of a healthy, nutritious, and fun menu for students and staff, focusing on delivering the highest quality of food and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, allergen, and health and safety regulations
- Supervise and manage a team of kitchen staff
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality
About You
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service, with the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in education catering, using fresh ingredients, and possessing excellent craft skills
- Food Hygiene level 2 & 3 certification (further training will be available)
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices
- Computer literacy and experience with different systems
- Self-motivation, ability to use initiative, and a desire to learn and achieve
What We Offer
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday during school term time
- No late nights or working at Christmas
- £13.44 per hour
