About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead the delivery of our EPR Acceleration Programme. This is a landmark delivery role in the career of any experienced change professional, who could come from a digital, transformation or operational background.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful implementation of the EPR programme, meeting both a strict timeline and budget.
  • Develop and manage a complex and demanding environment, requiring an individual with the capability and maturity to lead, analyse, manage, and understand.
  • Drive the delivery of a high-quality, safe, and compassionate healthcare service, acting as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrating values of the acute Trusts.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree level / PhD or substantial equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of continual professional development.
  • Programme and project management qualification (Prince 2) and/or equivalent.
  • MSP qualification or equivalent experience of delivering large-scale and complex transformational change.
Desirable Criteria
  • Transformational qualification.
  • Experience of leading a complex EPR system implementation.
  • Experience of working at a very senior level in a complex working environment.
  • Extensive transformation and change management experience and knowledge across organisational and complex boundaries within a healthcare setting.
  • Experience of leading a Programme Team tasked with delivering complex change management and/or EPR Programme.
  • Knowledge of complex healthcare/or other complex organisational environments.
  • Experience and knowledge of financial budgeting and performance data analysis.
  • Knowledge and experience of driving forward benefits realisation.
  • Experience of working in a similar role in an organisation of a similar scale.
  • Significant financial management experience of 7-figure budgets, forecasts, and programmes.
