About the Role

This Teaching Assistant position is ideal for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of young people. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in an Alternative Provision setting.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support students with learning difficulties, social, emotional, and behavioural needs in line with their individual education plans.
  2. Deliver one-to-one and small group support to promote positive behaviour and engagement with the curriculum.
  3. Contribute to classroom management and ensure students' safety and well-being.
  4. Monitor and track student progress, contributing to assessments and reports.

Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
