Technical Product Lead

Learning for Now is a dynamic organization that is constantly innovating and improving our products. We are seeking a talented Technical Product Lead to join our team and help drive our technical product management strategy forward.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements. You will also oversee the interaction between Product Owners, the development group, and internal customers for the ongoing development of the Product.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the development of product roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identifying and escalating project risks and issues, driving mitigating actions, and ensuring high priority items are escalated to appropriate committees for decision making.
  • Championing Agile Principles throughout the Product Development Life-Cycle.


We offer a competitive salary of $115,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
