About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to join our Community Team in Ashford, Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a diverse group of staff and volunteers who work with individuals affected by crime, with a particular focus on stalking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality services to victims of crime
  • Develop and maintain relationships with funders and external partners to ensure effective service delivery
  • Represent Victim Support in the media and provide a voice for victims

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of leading a team and managing competing priorities
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of stalking and its impact on victims
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve set targets and goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working in partnership with other agencies and departments
