About the Position:
In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing defects, working safely to ensure first-time fixes for your customers, and promoting British Gas products and services. Your customer service skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of energy solutions to customers, including repair and maintenance of white goods.
- Diagnose defects, work safely to ensure first-time fixes, and promote British Gas products and services.
- Provide professional advice to customers on British Gas products and services.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £37,104, with uncapped overtime pay (OTE) and a realistic expectation of £41,000.
- Overtime pay – choose when you work extra hours.
