At Connected Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality and Compliance Specialist to support our Quality Manager in delivering high standards of care and support.

The purpose of this role is to facilitate the delivery of quality services that meet statutory and government requirements, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

This involves analyzing complex quantitative and qualitative information to devise plans and approaches to resolve issues, as well as supporting the development of quality reports and audits for planned and unplanned inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To step in and manage a team of Quality Administrators when the Quality Manager is off on annual leave or sick leave, ensuring supervisory responsibilities are carried out to a high standard.
  • To support the Quality Manager in completing administration of the day-to-day operations of the quality department, including ensuring documents are accurate and up to date.
  • To assist the Quality Manager in preparing for annual inspections with regulatory bodies, while supporting Registered Managers to collate relevant data and have access to information during inspections.
  • To help the Quality Manager compile fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as support with Business & KPI reporting.
  • To assist the Quality Manager in managing NISCC applications and registration across Domiciliary Care and Supported Living.
  • To support the Quality Manager in implementing and monitoring reports for Area Managers, Regional Managers, and Registered Managers, highlighting any issues with completion to the Director of Care.
  • To assist the Quality Manager in completing Quality Monitoring Reports by Registered Managers from each Trust area of the business, while collating relevant data required from relevant departments in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 months previous administration/compliance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail, with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Highly efficient in MS Office systems, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Experience of compiling and presenting reports.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
