The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating and project coordination, with a strong background in construction and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with specialist subcontractors to gather costs and review submissions
  • Pulling together estimates for Interiors & Construction packages
  • Collaborating with the project team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects
  • Providing expert advice on construction methods and materials

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Benefits include:

  • A competitive salary of £60k-£90k (DOE)
  • A £6,000 p/a car allowance or option for EV salary sacrifice company car scheme
  • Annual bonus (10% of salary, measured on company and personal performance)
  • 4% employer's pension contribution
  • BUPA Health Care Cover (subject to acceptance)
  • 25 days p/a (including Christmas shutdown) annual leave, plus public and bank holidays
