Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary:
UPS is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our early morning warehouse operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the needs and efforts of the operation to ensure customer satisfaction is met and facilitating the smooth execution of our procedures and systems.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the early morning warehouse operation
• Manage the performance of the team and reassign duties as needed
• Organize and motivate individuals to optimize team output
• Support other team leaders and work with the management team to improve processes
• Complete daily reports to identify unseen opportunities
• Ensure services are delivered within specified deadlines
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Warehouse and managerial experience are beneficial
• Computer literate with knowledge of Excel required
• Ability to motivate others to meet targets
• Talent for managing difficult situations and working effectively under pressure
• Water-tight organization and time management skills
