Picker/packer Stock System Administrator

Job Summary:
You will also be responsible for the administration of our stock control system to ensure all batch information and stock movements are up to date
This would be 1-2 hours per day Monday to Friday to be completed by midday each day. It is an ideal role for someone dropping childen off at school and just wanting a bit of part time work
**Responsibilities**:
- Pack items following specific instructions to ensure safe transportation
- Perform quality control checks to verify items are undamaged
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles
- Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse
- Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes
- Engage in picking and packing duties as required
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Proficiency in quality control procedures
- Familiarity with loading and unloading procedures
- Experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently (Not required but prefered)
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery issues
**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £7.76-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
