Morrice MacFeate Search & Consultancy Ltd T/A MM Search is a renowned recruitment agency serving various sectors. We are currently recruiting for a seasoned Regional Profit Centre Director.

Job Overview

We seek a seasoned professional with significant experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, train cashiers, identify talent, and coordinate holiday planners to guarantee hotel staff have sufficient cover.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Ensure all cashiers in hotels are properly trained;
  2. Implement a talent development plan;
  3. Coordinate holiday planners to ensure hotel staff have adequate cover;
  4. Review hotel P&L statements before signing off with auditors;
  5. Participate in calls to review accounts and identify discrepancies;

Essential Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in hospitality;
  • Extensive knowledge of financial principles and best practices;
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools;

Remuneration

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience.
