Finance Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Financial Controller to join our team at MORRICE MACFEATE SEARCH & CONSULTANCY LTD T/A MM Search. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the financial operations of our hotels, ensuring accurate financial reporting and maximizing profitability.

• Lead the financial planning and budgeting process for each hotel, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce expenses and improve profitability.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Certification in accounting, such as CPA or CMA, is a plus.
