Financial Director

Nxtgen Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established business in Norfolk seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead their finance function. This role offers the opportunity to shape financial processes, enhance profitability from external projects, and provide strategic insight.

You will manage a dedicated team of four, working closely with the business owners to drive performance and growth. The business has experienced excellent growth over the last 3 years and aims to continue this growth in 2025.

• Prepare, review, and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Partner with business owners and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to provide strategic financial insight.
• Manage and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified finance professional (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with proven experience in a Finance Director role. A background in construction, logistics, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
