We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Employment Specialist to join our team at Southdown. As an Employment Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health conditions or disabilities to achieve their employment goals.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in partnership with the mental health treatment team in Littlehampton and deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. You will provide client-led employment support, helping individuals to find new employment or retain their current job.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver employment support to individuals with mental health conditions or disabilities
- Work in partnership with the mental health treatment team to provide a seamless service
- Use the IPS model to support individuals in achieving their employment goals
- Provide flexible and autonomous working within a supportive team
