New Business Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Property Conveyancing Advisor to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the conveyancing process and be able to handle all incoming enquiries, explaining the business and its services to convert into successful leads.
The role involves delivering an exceptional service, answering all calls and correspondence in a timely manner, and liaising with the team leader and the wider business. With an entrepreneurial flair, you should be able to spot business opportunities and demonstrate progression within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming enquiries and explain the business and its services
- Deliver an exceptional service, answering all calls and correspondence in a timely manner

Benefits:
- £24-£26k basic salary OTE £50k
- Monday - Friday
- Work from home option (2-3 days)
