Our Early Careers Programme

Our Early Careers cohort consists of around 90 Graduates, 210 Apprentices, and 60 Placements. As a Graduate Electronics Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of this dynamic group, contributing to the development of our manufacturing organisation and shaping the future of our industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
  • Design and develop new electronic products and systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 2:2 or higher degree in a technical field, such as Electronic Engineering, Electronics Design, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
