Our Early Careers Programme

Our Early Careers cohort consists of around 90 Graduates, 210 Apprentices, and 60 Placements. As a Graduate Electronics Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of this dynamic group, contributing to the development of our manufacturing organisation and shaping the future of our industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
  • Design and develop new electronic products and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a 2:2 or higher degree in a technical field such as Electronic Engineering, Electronics Design, Integrated Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Robotics/Automation. You will also need excellent communication and teamwork skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
