About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Beauty Studio Manager to lead our team of stylists and beauty therapists at Superdrug. As a key member of our Beauty Studio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers leave with a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Manage a team of 15 stylists, barbers, and beauty therapists to provide an excellent service to customers.
- Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers are welcomed and leave with a positive experience.
- Deal professionally with customer queries and complaints.
- Business Development
- Encourage the team to upsell to customers and create interest in the rest of the Beauty Studio zone.
- Operations Management
- Take ownership of ordering and managing salon stock.
Requirements
- Qualifications
- NVQ level 3 minimum and ideally up to NVQ level 4 in hairdressing or Beauty Therapy.
- Experience
- Previous management experience and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
