Project Supervisor Opportunity

Latcom Plc, a leading Archaeology firm based in Lincolnshire, is seeking a highly skilled Project Supervisor to join their field team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to advance their career in a dynamic and passionate organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing teams of seasoned archaeologists and trainees on a range of projects across the UK, with a focus on the East Midlands and East Anglia. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the company's mission and work on fascinating projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directing commercial fieldwork initiatives, including watching briefs and short evaluations
  • Writing grey literature reports
  • Managing employees and teams
  • Operating independently or as a team leader
  • Proficient computer skills and GIS software
