Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our dedicated maintenance and engineering team at a prestigious commercial facility in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical planned and reactive maintenance within a highly prestigious facility and estate
  • Perform PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across building services plant
  • Conduct lighting and emergency lighting checks
  • Ensure compliance with regulations through site-specific or dynamic risk assessments
  • Monitor the Building Management System (BMS)
  • Identify areas for improvement and energy reduction
  • Diagnose faults effectively and make good whenever possible
  • Collaborate with Mechanical, HVAC, and fabric teams as needed
  • Perform electrical small works and lifecycle repairs

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1&2)
  • Experience in PPM and reactive maintenance works
  • Plant room experience
  • 18th edition certification
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Previous experience with compliance checks and commercial-grade buildings
  • Able to pass a DBS check
  • Valid driving license
