Housing Management Officer Role:

Experienced professionals sought to contribute to BRC's mission of providing high-quality housing services. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of housing properties, ensuring tenants receive outstanding support and maintenance services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of housing properties, ensuring tenants receive excellent support and maintenance services.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to address housing needs and provide solutions for vulnerable individuals and families.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative housing initiatives, making a positive impact on the lives of our tenants and the wider community.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in housing management or a related field, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of tenancy issues and housing regulations.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with tenants, external partners, and stakeholders, fostering a supportive and inclusive housing environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, essential for advocating on behalf of tenants and resolving complex housing matters.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful housing initiatives, showcasing creativity and problem-solving abilities.
