About this Exciting Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and organized Support Services Coordinator to join our team as a Business Support Officer – Fixed Term Contract. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional support to Senior Management and their teams within the software department, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering expert-level support to Senior Management and their teams, including complex administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating diaries, travel arrangements, and expenses for senior staff members.
  • Organizing meetings, events, and training sessions, and participating in facilitation activities.
  • Preparing comprehensive meeting packs and managing action items.
  • Welcoming new employees, providing them with necessary equipment, and delivering new starter packs.
  • Monitoring job applications and responding to resourcing candidates in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions during office relocations.
  • Designing captivating slide packs and arranging guest speakers for regular meetings.
  • Maintaining accurate organizational charts.
  • Managing floor plate coordination, door access, and desk space adjustments.
  • Collaborating with other Business Support Officers to promote consistency and effective communication.
  • Participating in UK Support Function initiatives and professional development programs.

Compensation Package:

  • Pension: Up to 14% maximum total contribution (employer and employee).
  • Overtime: Opportunity for paid overtime.
  • Flexible work arrangements: Up to 15 additional days.
  • Enhanced parental leave: Up to 26 weeks for maternity, adoption, and shared parental leave.
  • Annual bonus: Up to £2,500 based on company performance.
