Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate corporate events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage advanced reservations, function sheets, and requirement bookings with precision and attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver 5-star service
  • Collaborate with the events team to lead and execute events, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Requirements:

  • Experience planning corporate/conference events from start to finish
  • Strong track record of delivering consistent 5-star service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Immaculate appearance and strong IT/MS office skills
