We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at beBee Professionals in Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged in their work, and providing feedback to teaching staff on student progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, maintaining a safe and productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task, adapting to different classroom environments as needed.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress, supporting students with their learning when necessary.
- Assist with administrative duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude towards supporting students.
- Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential, with strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments, with patience and a positive attitude towards supporting students.
- Flexibility to work on short notice when required, with a valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
