As a Service Advisor you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.

Service Advisor Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
  • Providing detailed estimates of costs and work to be undertaken
  • Selling additional products as appropriate to customers' needs
  • Coordinating with customers on timescales and collection arrangements
  • Preparing and completing job cards on our in-house computer system
  • Updating customer and vehicle records
  • Documenting all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
  • Preparing and completing invoices

For this Service Advisor position you will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role
  • A valid driving license
