About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to join our Wills, Trusts and Probate Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Private Client Department, providing administrative support to Solicitors and assisting with client matters.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to Solicitors in the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department
  • Typing of correspondence and documents, including audio typing experience
  • Filing and scanning of documents as required
  • Managing email correspondence and responding to client queries
  • Assisting with general compliance and file administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Private Client Department
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
