Kindness Driven Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Ashworth Grange. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
The successful candidate will have experience in caring for vulnerable adults, a strong focus on delivering exceptional care standards, and a passion for promoting the well-being and independence of our residents.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records of care delivered and contributing to the development of individualized care plans
- Leading a team of care assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery and promoting a culture of kindness and compassion
- Providing physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities
- Administering medication as required and maintaining accurate records
You will also be expected to contribute to the overall well-being of the home by participating in various activities and events.
