Kelly Services is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements, driving bottom-line growth and enhancing overall business performance.
- Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to inform commercial decision-making, ensuring data-driven business strategies.
- Operational Budgeting: Take ownership of the operational budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and variance analysis.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain weekly and monthly reports across key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Project Management: Lead project-based work for specific business initiatives, driving successful outcomes and process improvements.
- Month-End Close: Support the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
Requirements
- Qualifications: A qualified accountant (QBE or equivalent) with a strong background in finance and accounting.
- Experience: Proven experience in business partnering, financial analysis, and operational budgeting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels and departments. Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
- Candidate Profile: A detail-oriented, numerate, and analytical individual with a passion for finance and business growth.
