Software Tester and Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing test plans, documenting issues, and working closely with developers and other teams to ensure smooth, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand user stories and technical design documents to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that software meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Identify and suggest process and service improvements to enhance the overall quality of our software.
  • Provide IT support and answer queries during User Acceptance Testing.
  • Aid with technical document creation and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Key Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, ClickUp, SQL, C#, Classic ASP, or Java is a plus.
