We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with knowledge of general professional disciplines including programming, quantity surveying, contract management, and design. The salary for this role is around £55,000 per annum.

Job Description

  • Lead the delivery of all aspects of component investment programmes with an annual value approximately £4m.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, including Pre-construction Information, Principal Designers, and statutory information.
  • Conduct and/or manage recorded quality audits and instruct defect rectification.
  • Support Customer and Leaseholder consultation and communicate effectively with customers regarding works impacting their homes.
  • Assess progress on projects, taking corrective action as required.
