Nuclear Commissioning Engineering Role

BAE Systems is recruiting a talented Graduate to join our Submarines Team as a Nuclear Commissioning Engineer. In this role, you will contribute to the design, testing, and commissioning of the UK's largest and most advanced submarines, working alongside experienced engineers on Reactor Systems.

Job Description

You will work closely with our Operations build teams to ensure that mechanical and electrical systems are installed correctly and perform according to design specifications. This involves conducting system walk-downs, testing individual plant items, and integrating them into fully functional systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have obtained a 2:2 degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. You should also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
