Job Title: Team Leader - Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader - Operations Manager to join our team at Luton Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, managing a team of staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of operational performance.
- Monitor and maintain the day-to-day operations of our parking facilities, ensuring that all dockets are filled in correctly and stored with the keys.
- Ensure customer vehicles are driven and parked in a safe manner to and from allotted areas.
- Communicate effectively with the Service Delivery Manager and Service Delivery Supervisor to ensure seamless operations.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Support and deputise for the Service Delivery Supervisor to ensure continuity of operations.
- Organise, manage, and motivate the team on shift to ensure high standards of performance.
- Induct and train new staff members, and provide ongoing development and training to the team.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure delivery of allocated tasks.
- Protect the assets and revenues of APCOA Parking UK Ltd.
- Complete shift handover forms between outgoing and incoming crews.
- Adhere to Health & Safety requirements and best practice.
- Record incidents thoroughly and accurately in the incident reporting tool.
- Ensure all staff conform to uniform regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience of managing a team and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a drive to develop and improve operations.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Ability to manage and motivate staff.
