We are seeking a highly skilled Service Charge Specialist to join our team. As a Service Charge Specialist, you will play a crucial role in calculating and apportioning service charges for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximise the recovery of service charge expenditures for designated estates
- Liaise with managing agents to obtain compliance data
- Coordinate and handle complaints
- Ensure accurate and timely service charge calculations
- Strong understanding of legislation relating to service charges and financial accounting
- Exceptional customer service skills with experience working in customer service environments
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make effective judgements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with challenging situations
