Community Living Support Worker

The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the JobWe are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual who can provide excellent care and support to service users in their own homes. This will involve assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to service users, including washing, dressing, and feeding.
- Assist service users with daily living tasks, such as toileting and mobility.
- Encourage service users to engage in activities that promote independence and well-being.
Requirements:
- Certificate or equivalent in health and social care.
- Experience of working in a care environment, preferably with older adults or individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
