Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Waking Nights Support Worker. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
About the Role- Provide personal care, medication administration, cooking, and domestic tasks to support daily living
- Work waking nights shift hours (8pm-8am) on a rotational basis, including weekdays and weekends
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals with varying communication needs
- Degree in Social Work or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Possession of an Enhanced Adult PVG Disclosure Scotland certificate
- A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour
- 28 days' paid annual leave (pro-rata for part-time staff), plus bank holidays
