The annual salary for this position is $292,364, which includes a comprehensive benefits package and HOOP. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care using a trauma and violence-informed approach.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and KCHC policies, including privacy laws.
- Leading by example in demonstrating an ongoing commitment to EDIIA values.
- Spearheading the implementation and development of KCHC policies and procedures.
- Mentoring medical residents and contributing to their professional development.
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement.
- Providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess expertise in managing clients with addictions and mental health diagnoses, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse communities. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and community partners.
