About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MI & Insights Lead to join our team at The People's Partnership. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and producing management information and data analytics for the COO area.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all output from the team, while also leading and mentoring the MI and insights team in line with company processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the MI and insights team in accordance with company procedures
  • Lead and mentor the team to achieve their full potential
  • Develop successors within the area to ensure continuity
  • Support the production of all operational, COO, Trustee, and Board reports for the area
  • Provide ongoing insights into our data to inform business decisions
  • Implement new ways of working and innovation in the production of MI and business forecasts
Requirements
  • Proven management experience with a thorough understanding of MI production and data analysis
  • Experience in implementing new ways of working and data insights and visualization production
  • Demonstrable experience of working across multiple functions within an organization, creating relationships, and exhibiting great stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools
