About Our Client

Our client is a well-established company in the property industry with a sizeable team, known for its high-quality service provision in the construction department.

We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team, responsible for providing detailed construction estimates and cost projections.

The ideal candidate will have relevant educational qualifications in property or a related field, experience in a similar role within the construction sector, and excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Overseeing project budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborating with the construction team to ensure project specifications are met
  • Presenting estimates and reports to stakeholders
  • Monitoring industry trends and market variations
  • Implementing strategies to optimise efficiency and reduce costs
